AAMA Summer Camp 2010

Join us this summer for the Mandarin Chinese Summer Camp! We integrate Chinese culture, drama plays, language and art
(including calligraphy) into our camping program, making it fun and interesting for our campers.

We focus on improving campers' Chinese oral skill. Young "performers" get chance to be on the stage. Every two weeks, a
show will be performed by our campers for their parents. Besides "the big three" - facial express, body language, and
projection we will mention during the show practice, we mainly focus on encouraging our campers to speak Chinese in public.
Each camper plays a role in the story show and learns about the Chinese characters, pronunciation and phrases. Expanding
Chinese vocabulary is another emphasis for our campers. In additional to rehearsing the show, our campers enjoy singing,
cooking, art & craft, games and field trips. Let's play, learn and sing the summer away! No previous Chinese knowledge is
required to enroll for the camp.
